Shows the expression levels of genes involved in apoptosis and treatment resistance. Each sample was assayed in duplicate, and the average cycle threshold (CT) value was normalized to the housekeeping gene GAPDH. The fold change expression was calculated using the ΔΔCT method, where RQ equals 2−(∆∆CT). The middle line represents 1 and indicates the expression level of the control. Significance level set at P < 0.05
