Cell survival assay of A HNTs-Ag NPs and B HNTs-FA-Ag NPs was performed using the MTT method. HNTs-FA-Ag NPs showed a good response at all concentrations and at both times. Panel C shows the IC50 plot obtained based on the logarithm of concentrations versus cell viability %, and confirms that active targeting of FRs on HCT116 colon cancers by HNTs-FA-Ag NPs was well achieved. The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's post hoc test, with a significance level set at P < 0.05
